The full article is here: Click HERE to recieve bullshit. OK, here are the problems i have with this article: 1. "Houses that are used to cultivate drugs have damaged walls and floors, and their electricity supply has been tampered with" While this may be the case with some houses used for cultivating Cannabis, it is the minority. In my experience, most growers love their house just as much as they love their plants, and houses being treated as grow facilities is a product of prohibition in which the police and government are to blame. 2. "harmful chemicals remained in the house long after a drug set-up was dismantled and these could cause respiratory problems." …

Several thousand plants were growing among native vegetation at Peebinga near Pinnaroo S.A. Some plants were 1.5 metres high. Charges have been laid against a Highbury man, 72, another from Thebarton, 49, and a third man, 54, from Virginia. Superintendent Ian Parrott said a sophisticated dripper system was being used to water the plants from a bore on the land. "The size of this crop demonstrates the highly-organised nature of illicit drug cultivation and represents the most significant seizure of cannabis in SA in recent years," he said. "What is also concerning is the theft and misuse of water associated with illegal cannabis cultivation. "In times of water …

From ninemsn I fail to see how this is in the public interest? All it does is help keep prices high for organised crime gangs to profit from. Money they use to finance the importing of truly addictive and dangerous drugs into Australia like heroin. I read this article to say $21.7 million of crime gang markets protected by Nick Bingham and the NSW Police. This work only benefits organised crime gangs is the reality, it is not for the greater good of the community. A thick skin shouldn't = a thick head as well? Wake up and see the damage you are really doing to the comunity please? For the greater good of the community. Peace MM

While the rest of the world got to enjoy healthy hemp food over the holidays here in Australia unfortunately we still suffer from some ridiculously ludicrous laws, regarding hemp food products in particular losing millions in an untapped health food market that is already thriving everywhere else in the world. In 2002, Food Standards Australia and New Zealand ruled hemp was safe for human consumption, but Australia's state and federal health ministers overturned the ruling in their infinite wisdom costing Australian hemp farmers millions of dollars, and depriving Australians access to highly nutritious healthy hemp food products just waiting to be produced by the hemp bus…

http://www.northernstar.com.au/story/2010/12/16/medical-cannabis-pioneer-tony-bower-queensland/ MEDICINAL cannabis pioneer Tony Bower says he is fed up with bureaucratic stonewalling in NSW and will move his increasingly popular dispensary to Queensland. Mr Bower founded Mullaway’s Medical Cannabis after developing a way to access the healing qualities of cannabis without the notorious side-effects, offering welcome relief to people suffering chronic pain and terminal illness. Hundreds, possibly thousands, of people on the North Coast who previously struggled with the often debilitating side-effects of prescription painkillers have attributed significant relief …
