Hey guys, I was wondering when the number of plants take the bust to the next level. Like is 1-4 plants slap on the wrist, fine, community service. 5-9 seen as criminal, warning and potentially court? 10+ potential jail time. Anyone any input? Thanks

Hello to all, out there. I'm extremely paranoid about my usage. Read up a lot re RBT. I can't avoid polites, because I'm on the water. Don't use at least 18 hrs before sailing and carry packs of Salt and Vinegar chips. The plan is, if I see them, scoff the chips, hope for the best! As far as I can tell from searching the net, smoking actually leaves micro particles in the naso-pharanx area, detectable by current RBT swabs up to 24hrs after smoking. Obviously if urine or blood is taken, that's it, you are well and truly done! I put my faith in the hope that my vapouriser (S&B Mighty) is less likely to leave anything in the throat. Hiya, I'm a medical + recreational user in California and am planning to travel to Melbourne and Cairns at the end of August (3 days in each). Any suggestions on the best way to find greenery and stay safe? Is finding a local doctor and getting a prescription from there my best bet? Any recommendations in this vein? Outside of that, do most people just hang around some appropriate place? If I'm caught with a small amount and I don't have a prescription, my understanding is that the punishment is usually only receiving a caution. Is this true for international visitors as well? Anything else I should be aware of? Thanks for your thoughts!

My dealer has reccently stopped dealing and says he cant give me any contacts who wont fuck me over so I am considering buying weed online from an overseas vendor as I dont know anyone else locally. Know there is a high risk of being ripped off, but seems to be my only option. Just wondering if anyone has had any good or bad experiences with buying online so I know where to go and where to avoid? Also is it true that weed that is vacuum sealed would be undetectable by sniffer dogs during transit? If I was busted trying to buy an ounce online would that be enough for them to charge me with intent to supply?

I don't want to import cos customs, even bit apprehensive about domestic sellers. No customs to worry about, but if you are on their system and they get a visit chances are you will get a visit too. Anyone recommend somewhere that won't keep your details on file?

I ordered from Seedman and now I'm scared customs have them. Normally when I order I get the message on my tracking saying "arrived awaiting clearance (inbound)" but it changes to "item processed" within about an hour, but its been like this for days, I am worried customs have it and I am worried about the consequences. Does "arrived awaiting clearance (inbound)" mean customs have it? and with it being on that message for a few days mean they have found the seeds? thanks guys.

Wondering if CBD shows up in road side testing or if you were to smoke say a even 6% thc to cbd , would that register & how many hours would that take to clear your system , to be safe to drive If you are caught driving with the drug in you what are the penalities , do you get a high or low reading like alchol ??
