Essentially HDF is an F4 hybrid of the following The male used was a plant called Killin Garberville, a sativa dominant strain grown mostly outside but high yielding and fast (for a sativa) from northern Cal crossed with a local favorite mendo hash plant x Seattle Big Bud (not sensi seeds big bud). Now there are three known phenotypes displayed by HDF seeds. My question is....ARE THESE PEHNOTYPES DISPLAYED THE ORIGINAL UNHYBRIDISED STRAINS COMING THROUGH.....or.....HYBRIDISED SEEDS WHICH HAVE TRAITS FROM ALL THREE BUT ARE FOR SOME REASON OR ANOTHER DOMINANT IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PHENOTYPES... Your answers would be appreciated

A question has been raised in the strain thread about hybrids and backyard breeding which makes me wonder if anyone can recommend a good book on breeding marijuana? If youre interested in cross-breeding seedbank seeds itd come in handy to save guesswork/failure.

hi all, was wondering if anyone had made seed purchases through cannagenetics before? (www.cannagenetics.com) if so was there a good amount that germed or any other good or bad comments? i mailed them with an enquiry and received a reply in 30mins - 1hr so they should process orders quickly i would imagine ..... i have mailed other places and received replys ranging from 3 days to one that replied 2 weeks later and some havent replied at all thnx

I've seen it written at cannagenetics that only about 5% of Haze plants are special, and a lot of haze seeds produce a very ordinary smoke. I'm looking at the Original Haze from the Flying Dutchmen, which is a pack of 11 seeds. Do I have a good chance of wasting my money? DO I need to buy heaps of seeds to find that special plant? Which brings me to another question, would I be better off buying a haze hybrid? The Flying Dutchmen have several that look good. The Flying Dutchmen are pretty cheap, but the seed packs only have 11seeds. I'm just trying to get an idea whether this is really too small to give me a good chance of getting a great plant. almost all online seedbanks i have seen carry the same brands of seeds for sale so my question is do these companies provide the seeds for sale on commision or do these sellers buy in bulk from them and then sell them? also is it legal to sell seeds in SA or australia? i have considered lately in 1-2 years time maybe starting up a seedbank but would like more info if theres some stuff i left out that i should know if i did start up one plz let me know thnx

G'day all I do use Mj for medical purposes (Insomnia) I recently sent a request to treating your self before I received some seeds from a friend of mine (You know who you are Thanks mate) I tried to cancel the seeds but they have already been sent I didn’t want to hassle Marco any more so heres my question… When they arrive what sort of packaging do they come in? allo guys.....a couple of months ago i had a nice handful of seeds...a pretty good strain too.....but when i left them in a bowl and saw them about a week later they were all cracked open and hollow...whether it was rats or they just dried out or who knows.....i just...dont know but it happened to a mate of mine not long ago so ide thought i should make it so i know....thanks for listening and i hope someone can help me out here...
