Hi, I'm hoping to make a flowering chamber with dimensions shown in the attached purdy picture. Could use some guidance in a few areas, and pull me up if I've gone wrong where I think I haven't The dark-blue rectange represents a storage box that'll be converted for the purpose of a bubble-tub that'll hold 4 plants, this tub will contain nutrients mixed appropriately with water with the aim to hold the plants through wks 1 to 7/8 of flowering. Alongside that the light-blue rectangle represents another storage container that will hold 2 plants, this tub will contain water with the aim to flush 2 plants for 5 or so days. Hey all, been doing a lot of research into pH dosers, and have come across this piece on cannagraphic.... original thread The guy called oldsmoker has put together a pH doser with an aquarium unit, and has this item inline with the power cord to the solenoid to cut the power after three seconds... The relevant bit is the close up of the electronic insides of the power delay, just below the pic of the peridoser and power pack. So what the aquarium doser does, is reads the pH constantly, then when a set point is reached it turns power onto the mains socket that runs from the doser and normally this would open a solenoid to a co2 tank, which would then raise the pH...…

I cleard out the bottom of my cupboard & made it into a seed raising unit . I just bought a cfl & hood for $150 and away i go. These are getting ready for a bush life but im thinkin that i will take a clone off each strain later & bud 1 at a time in my small space by turning a 3-4 inch clone into little bud machine just so i can get a taste of things to come when its bush harvest time. I have Kali Mist (sativa), either M60 the pig or Smash (not sure but both sativa) & 4 bag seed of indica that was rather nice.

I needed to build a irrigation system for some bubs and the only tubing I could get my hands on was that outdoor crap from Hardi Pope or something... I usually use the nice soft stuff from the shop but I have to use what's at hand atm. This stuff is as stiff as board and curved permanently from being tightly coiled tightly for god knows how long. Does anybody know how the hell to straighten it as it is a nightmare! I have had to tie it down with duct tape all over the place to keep it in place and that makes it very hard to play with as I set up. Jimbo (now with no hair from pulling it out) Jones

Is it unrealistic to try to build a grow box out of something airtight aside from the intake fans and carbon scrubber exhausts? I've got the go-ahead from my flatmate to set up and grow, but I know she has extreme allergies and asthma so I don't want to irritate that for her. She's a lovely girl (and she's letting me grow, double points!) so I'm concerned about pollen and allergens in the air mostly. I've drawn up plans for a large grow box that looks very much like a large scale humidicrib (the clear boxes premature babies are put in after they're born early, with arm holes at various points lined with extra large, extra long gloves so you can reach in and touch stuff…

an idea I had for a under the bed stealth grow. The plan is to have a 400watt light in a cooltube, in a box that is 600mm high, 1000mm wide, and 1800mm long with the plant growing into a vertical screen.

I have accumulated a lot of equipment over the last year or so, as I have been planning to start a grow room. But i want to to scale it down somewhat for my first run. I have a 3 - 1000w HPS that are nice sealed units with fan for cooling in them, I also have a 400W HPS/MH. I want to build a custom grow cabinet to go along my one wall in my garage. Can someone help me in a design to customize a good size groww cabinet to at least house 1 - 1000W HPS (if possible) and have the 400WMH on the other side. I have carbon scrubbers, areoponic / bubble bucket / flood n drain, setups but would like a good idea on what would be best and how many plants and so forth. I have se…

Im considering to convert the storage space under my house into a grow room. The height is about...140cm. its well enclosed with wood and pretty light proof. However since im currently living in tasmania, and its not properly isulated like the other parts of the house would the winter be too cold for the plants to survive? i do plan to get a 400W metal halide if everything works. will the radiant heat from the light gives off enough heat? what gear do i need? what precautions do i need to take? will DIY styrofoam isulation around the actual growroom help? 1st timer. help needed

about to embark on my first grow box have light 100watt cfl (6.5k)+ same watt flowering lamp. dimensions are 3wx3lx8ft high. Am unsure on fan ill need more, so on the required cfm, mainly looking for quietness, reasonable price. Am thinking of 2 plants initaly , more later if space provides. I have 4 other smaller cfl's to put under main canopy / along sides (each around 1000lumens) once plants grow a bit. Medium is soil in one pot, mixture of blood bone and potting mix in other. Still working on a system to lower plants/raise light. So yeah just curious on exhaust info and any thing else i may have missed cheers

For anyone interested.. and maybe some suggestions as its my first setup. Room split into two.. Grow room & a nursery. Two reserviors.. one for each room... Using regular waterpumps bought anywhere, household flow rates. Pumps the water thru the base of the tubs where the fine spray delivers to the root system. The tubs gravity drain back into the reservoirs. The pumps have been placed into plastic containers and covered in noise proof foam. Each tub can be shut off from the system with a ball valve if necessary. The water intake into the pump has been covered with a square filter material that seems to work very well, i rarely get a sprinkler blockage. I …

Today is cloneing day..it had to be!! the plants are now at day 28 from seed in soil under 38watts light in a small stealth box...and a MASSIVE 17cm tall!! wow!! that big??really??..after only 28 days!! yep .. now: heres a couple of pics of our first stealth grow box. this growing the weed taking pics of the weed making stealth grow boxes for the weed and posting pics of the weed is nearly as much fun as smoking the weed the following pics are of the cloning me and Cugel did today.(the jpg in brackets data i dare not remove cause it deletes my pics somehow and fucks with my post!! grrr..ah well ..will learn how to fix it one day i supose.
