Heres the setup ive built so far: (First grow) http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/4796/hydro.jpg Its a really basic all in one nute/water tank with water pump dripping onto plants. Problem is with pots and light ive only got maximum 2.3 foot of vertical grow height. Was wondering what sought of yield I can expect to get with a 2.3 foot plant using good nutrients? The seeds im using are feminized Mazar (indica) from planetskunk. //specs: 400w light, 60 ltr nute tank(I cut the floor out the closest so most of it you cant see only the top resembling a tray), drip method, 2 inlet 1 exhaust fan. ++ going to add a air bubbler into tank too soon.

Is this possible? Or possibly insane? Hello everyone! Ok guys and gals, just to get this clear this is my first post in this community and im a complete newb, any advice is good advice! I have grown 10 bagseed plants b4 and was quite happy, they are funding my new idea. I am currently faced with a dilemma, i cannot grow indoors due to parents (non smokers), smell, noise etc, i also have a no deacent dealer situation aswell; not good. I am at an advantage however because i live in the beautiful Welsh countryside and can walk around toking and growing outdoors in the summer period , but this is my problem i can only grow in the summer i need herb all the time and roun…

Hiya guys I am still really new here. I am also new to this so far I been reading e-books and watching as many dvds as I can on this. Its been almost a month of doing research and studying even made notes! I am afraid I might even went to technical and over done it maybe. Hope not, I tend to over do things sometimes. Ok so far after all this I decided to put it in motion I asked a few questions here and there. So the project is this closet I have in my room that happens to be 8.3 feet by 21-22 inches. Its not much to work with but I have seen people do it with less. The closet will have sliding glass doors (glass on the outside). Forgive me for the dinky quick drawn bl…

Hey everyone. I’m a young 19 year old and would like to experience the thrill of growing marijuana. I will be growing in soil and will be growing clones. The growing space will be located under my floor boards and is about 1mx1mx1m. I have another area for maybe having a mother and taking her clones. I’m new to growing and before I start id like to ask you guys a few questions... 1. I will be trying to grow 1 or two white Russian clones. I’ve heard that growing bud stinks alot but how much? As much as a few dry ounce? Or way more? Can I cut the tops off the plants to stop them growing too high or would that damage them? Or maybe space the lights out more around the…

Hi guys, Just setting up my second attempt at a grow room, first one was sort of half arsed (given the lot, plants and all, 3 weeks before flowering, had been neglected) this time I am starting from scratch and am hoping to get a fairly stable system up and running. My main issue is roof height, at 1.2m it is really minimal, but the space is by far the most practical available (2mx1.4mx1.2m of brick and concrete room). With some help from my good mate chronmasta I should have it up and running in under a month (fingers crossed) I now have most of the equiptment, just need a water heater, ph tester, some more mylar or panda film and acoustic ducting for the ventilation fa…

Dimensions: 2' deep, 4' wide, 4' tall Grow Style: Flood and Drain HDSOG w/ lollipopping. NO VEG Plants P.S.F: around 9 - I'm either going to use 4" pots or these pots I saw on some other boards awhile ago, they are about 3.5" to 4" square but they are around 8-9" deep! (If anyone knows where I can find these, please let me know, they are awesome.) Lighting: 600W or 1000W cool tube with digital ballast and grow bright HPS. Cooled by 6" inline fan. Ventilation: 4" inline fan attached to carbon filter. 3 PVC elbows as inlets. Flood Trays: I can't find any sized optimally for my grow, I would like to have four 2' x 1' trays so I can have four different reservoirs w…

Hey all, Was wondering if this was a good priced first setup: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=140295811278 He lives in my area so would be a really easy local pickup and it seems like it is a very good kit for the price but im no expert so I thought I had better ask. Thanks in advance!

Verticle Growing or Studium Growing Methods are more efficient than others. Why these are not very popular in Aussies?

I have an old evaporative Breezeair roof mounted shell and motor-basically the whole thing. It was replaced because it was old (worked well though, with a few groans when run 24 hrs or more...This old girl was ready for retirement.) It's been sitting out the back yard for a year and I decided to have a look/see. The whole thing can be cleaned. the res cutoff is stil working-in need of a thorough clean though. Could this unit be utilized in a grow? Seal the base and have it converted into either a rooting chamber or a CFL grow chamber? It's just a fibreglass shell, louvres all four sides,a drip pad attached to each louvre, a small res with a fl…

I'd like to work with someone who has time to help me set up my DWC system. I'm not good technically and it takes me a ton of time to "GET IT" but once I get it, I'm good. Anyone out there willing to talk to me about the entire setup and we can exchange messengers so that we can talk "real time". I could send pics fast and even webcam what I'm doing. I'd appreciate any volunteers. I know that when I get to be good at Hydroponics, I'd definitely help out, but that's just me... Thanks guys,

I'm in the process of setting up a grow in a robe. It is built in and is in the process of getting sealed off with board and reinforced with structural pine. It will have the old sliding doors on the front still with the new wall and doors behind it (Stealthy). The Robe will be sealed down the centre inside to create two grow spaces. One for veg and one for flower. So the rough measurements are for each grow space 2600mm H, 1800mm W and 500mm deep (After wall fitted). Further cracks will be sealed with No Gaps or some shit. The structure is already down pat and almost ready to go together, can already see its going to be nice and sturdy. For the purposes of this thread, …
