General Cultivation Q&A

This is my first grow. For numerous reasons I find it more practical to give the plants 36 hours of light 12 hours of dark. MJ relies on the length of the dark period to tell it when to flower, so it shouldnt care about the fact a day takes 2 days. Anyway, things appear to be flowering nicely, and ill continue to use this lighting scheme unless someone can convince me im a d*ckhead before its too late

Off you average sized plant how many grams of bud would you get from it? And then how much cash would you make off it? Noob question! =] =P Cheers

I plan on sexing my plants by taking clones and then flowering them. Whats the earliest I can do this? Here is a pic of the best plant It is about four weeks from germination If possible I would like to do this next week Cheers

I have some new unused hydroton to put into my hydro just wonderin how you all clean yours? I flushed it before in my last grow (not reusing now) and i don't think i flushed it right as my ph kept fluctuating badly. I was thinkin' of just just leavin' it in the laundry tub for 48hrs after flushing it with hot n cold water n putting it in te oven for 20mins as i heard bakin' it is a good way to sterelize? I don't want to use ne bleach this time as I think that added to my ph fluctuations last grow. Ne thoughts much appreciated. Peace.

Hey guys, i grow outdoors anyway previous years i have used bat guano, when flowering, though the store has shut down.... so i was wondering whats a good nuetrient from like your typical nursery shop to use when plants begin flowering, i have no more hydro stores i can go to, so i can probably only use standard nursery type nuets, Thanks for reading

Fellow growers do you think it would be better to grow just 2 plants to a reasonable size or grow 4 and let it get a bit crowded for the most yield? max height for plants would be about 800mm(including pots).depth of area 470mm and width is 850mm I have 7 growing atm with 3 different strains WW, skunk #1 and my own cross which is the most vigorous of them all and seems to be mostly indica genetics the parents looked very similar that's why I crossed them and they were potent.Sorry to digress a bit but What would people pick out of these as I doubt all will be females? can probably post pics if it would make any diff?

These are two plants which i have been growing outside in england since june 1st they are reasonable height, the taller one is about 5ft 5 and the smaller is about 5ft tall they arent that bushy and have quite skinny stems

I have a problem that I hope someone can resolve. I have a small plantroom. Plenty of light etc. I get large buds, but they are light and lack potency. I use canna boost to get a bigger yield, but they are slow to ripen and so are my tomatoes using the same formula of DutchFest Bloom. The last crop was great with plenty of jewel covering. This time small amount of jewel covering. Can someone help? Pleased if you can.
