hey all just havin some trouble figuring out the hole swapping lights thing you see yesterday i went and got a new light just a 400 hps to put my to plants under and well what can i say she didnt like it but i dont no weather its because iv kept her under crappy grolux tubes for to long. so what i want to no is when raising seeds under floros how long b4 u should introduce them to h.i.d lighting because i just got some blueberry seeds and i really dont want to fuck em.

Hey All Not a real good picture but wanted some feedback on setup and...for u to see how slabs sitting on tray. My question is about feeding; I have never used rockwool before and the slabs seem like a wet diaper although the drain seems good. I do have an elevation on the backside of table to promote better drainage, but alot of water seems to be slab and not draining. Due to my being careful, only watering twice a night, 1 second each. Appreciate the feedback!!!

Greetings all. I'll be very soon flowering a plant in a wardrobe thats been outside for a couple of months. Its showing signs of flower sites now. Its way too tall for a wardrobe or even a room frankly (already over a meter tall) but I'm going to tie it down and hope for the best, it is after all only a test .. Just wondering about feeding a plant flowering in soil. Its been so far living off blood and bone and a little seasol for a soil conditioner but I chucked some potash powder and a little more blood and bone as soon as I noticed the bud sites. I brought a bottle of hammerhead pk 9/18, hydro shop guy said it would be ok for soil and I was thinking of hand watering…

mahalo for the reply! the slabs on the bottom feel like a wet diaper and that's what i'm worried about. I have around 10 days to flowering, so I'm just adding a few seconds every feeding to let the slabs dry out abit. One night I had a problem with timer and too much water happened. My girls are looking great though. Excited with this new medum.

I took some clones in the 5th week of flower, and they rooted last week (pics here) I'm not sure whether to pinch out the flowers, or to just leave them alone. Cheers

i germinated about 20 seeds in the paper towel method and once the tap root came out i put them in 1.5 inch rockwool cubes with pre drilled holes with tap root going down about 1/8 inch down. i put them in my dome on a heat mat until it emerged from the rockwool. the problem i have is the seed is still on when it sprouts. it doesnt even look like it wants to come off. i put them under light about 7 inches away(4 foot 4 tube floro with mixed bulbs).and give about 20-25 ml of water once a day. water is distilled water with 35% h2o2 in it at about 2.0ml/l. the plants barely grow and after 3 days the seed starts to fall off but no roots are growing. 10 tens later they l…

Howdy - I'm on my 2nd grow and am having all sorts of bother with the plants this time compared to last time and was hoping someone could shed some light? My setup is in a shed (I'm in South Australia) , and I've got two plants going with 2x600 watts on each one. I'm 45 weeks into flower, and the plants are looking really 2nd rate. hey guys just a few questions: looking at flower power today and i couldn't find rockwool anywhere, the best i could find was coconut fibre. i was wondering if anyone knows how well this works as a propogation substrate? also ph lowering products.. ? i haven't been able to find them? i've heard getting them from a fish store is no good and i couldn't see any at flower power. the only alternative i have as a substrate for cloning besides coconut fibre was perlite and vermiculite.. just wondering what i'd be best with? maybe you guys know a good hydroponics store in sydney? or a good place to get some proper materials. hey i could also get those peat pelet cubes that enl…
