This is a re post of an article in Urban Grower issue #10, but this is how I run my system but for a few tweaks here & there. I have come back from root rot to harvest high yeilds & once you dial your system in, IMO there is no easier, low maintenace, high yeild way of growing Hydroponically or soil for that matter. HI guys! Long time reader first time poster, so go easy Well finished building a pretty awesome room, clones are cloned and currently standing tall, hopefully see some root formations shortly ,currently in rockwool, but will transplant to coco when rooting occurs. Decided with Dutchmaster Gold one for nutrient. I also picked up some Proganics PK 13-14 over at bunnings, although I read somewhere you generally shouldn't use the pk 13-14 (the canna one), has anyone had any success with using pk 13-14 in bloom with dutchmaster gold one? Also what other additives have you used with Dutchmaster one gold in coco ? Potash? Is there any purpose in using anything else, like the …

Yooo every1 new to the site but just wandering iv any of u lovely ppl noe were in qld i can buy ready to go grow box doesnt have to be big just big enough for 2-4 plants and also not so intrested in the tents but more the cabinet box style 1's thanx an tak iht ezy

Hey guy's this is how I super crop, at present I am achieving good yields through multiple tipping. Before I take clones the tips are removed from the selected limbs, given a time to get new growth and then cloned. This way I have a double when it roots and is placed in the net pot. As soon as it gets going it is tipped, give it a week or so and tip all x4, 1 week or so later tip again x8. I will keep doing this until there is 40 odd, also cut back any growth that is to tall. This can go on for 6 weeks until they are around 600mm tall & bushy with good root mass. Then they go under the 1000 watter. Only trouble the vegging takes longer, 8-10 weeks would yield shit l…

So i'm looking to purchase next lot of nutrients It's for a DWC system with a 70L Res looking at only doing 4 plants. so i've decided to go for DutchMaster here's what i'm thinking of getting: Dutch Master Gold Grow A&B Dutch Master Gold Flower A&B Dutch Master Gold Silica Dutch Master Gold Potash Dutch Master Gold Add .27 Flower Dutch Master Gold Zone then looking at getting the foliar feeding set in a few months time Am I missing anything here?

This is the first time growing all together and i'm going to try a wardrobe grow. I just have a few questions for now to get me started. The dimensions of my wardrobe are - Width: 490mm, Length: 1200mm, Height: 1630mm. I am hoping to grow 3 plants in this area. 1. Will a 400watt HPS light be alright for that area? or is that a bit too big and a 250watt will suffice? 2. I was going to completely line the inside with "Astro-Foil". Is it ok to do that? 3. I'm kind of stuck with fans. It is an inbuilt wardrobe with plasterboard walls but the outside is brick so any ideas? 4. From planting the seed to harvesting it at fully grown is there one size of pot i can use? 5. For w…

Am I correct in thinking that the diameter stated for a phat filter (eg. 150x500) is the size of the flange not the barrel? I be sure it has to be for everything to match up but just want to make sure before purchase. Cheers. Indian.

Hi All, Plants seem very healthy apart from a few random leaves with severe yellow spots. Im using coco/perlite/clayball media, ro water mixed to 1.6 EC with H&G A+B, Roots exellurator, Algen extract, Fulvic acid, Drip Clean. Plants are around 3 weeks old and are being fed 3 times a day at 1 minute feeds. Im pretty diligent on getting my ph down to 5.5 for the first feed but sometimes i miss it and it probably feeds around 6.1 - 6.3. Tested my run off today while flushing and came out straight away at 6.1. Im using RTW by the way, plenty of ventillation and no temperature issues. 600w MH on top. I ve got no idea what the spots are from. My ph range and EC all s…

Have just swapped 2 1000 lamp's for 2 600's, using the 1000w ballasts. Has anybody done this? Tried it before with no problems. Apparently they don't pump out 1000w, you can draw up to 1000w from them. What do you all think about it. Cheer's P8.
