Hi Guys, Just a quick question, I figured Nibbler can prob help me here, he seems to be to coco king, but others may know too! How exactly do I flush coco properly? I am running NF Mega Coco brick with NF Coco A + B in a hand watered run to waste system under a 400w HPS. I had originally planned to flush every week, but after learning how long it take for this stuff to dry out completely, I am re-assessing this. So I've read a fair bit on here so far, I'm watering/feeding to 10-20% run off only when the Coco is fully dry. I have now read I should flush at least right before I switch to flower, then prob every two weeks from there, until the final 1-2 week "starve" f…

Couple of weeks away from my next grow and I really need to ditch the hydro nutes. So I need some soil growers to critique my ideas and give me some ideas. Doesn't need to be organic, I don't have the room or space at the moment to brew teas or compost. Soil Blend: In 5G Smart Pot 60% Debco Gardenia, Camellia & Azalea Superior Soil 15% Vermiculite 15% Seedling Mix 5% Lime 5% Rooster Booster Have a similar mix for my auto's at the moment minus the chicken shit and it works well, the reason I use some seedling mix is when I drop the rock wool in the final pot I prefer the immediate area I plant in to be seedling mix so I don't have any nute burn probs putting you…

Excited to start growing, got some bag seed just coz its my firat time ao don't wanna waste good onea first try, haven't finished my tent. so should i probigate the seeda and start a grow outaide, then put them in the tent. I'm not too fussed how much I get outa them just can't wait to start learning.

i have a small grow box with a pc fan attached for ventilation and i was wondering how could i stop light exiting through the fan?

Hi all, I am planning to grow a plant indoors (first time), with no extra light, ventilator etc, just planting it and taking good care of it. I am not looking at massive yield or anything, personal use strictly... Will it work? Will it mature decently with just a natural light next to a window?

Hi all! I'm on the verge of starting my next grow and I'll be using the Canna Aqua line this time around. I was wondering wether I will need to use a cal+mag supplement in my standalone DWC? With my last DWC grow I ran into a deficency and used some epsom salts in my resivour, wich cleared up the problem. However, I would prefer to use something more suited to DWC growing like Botanicare cal+mag, which is unfortunatly not available here in Australia. Glandorehydro.com has a Bloom Cal+Mag addative which may be an option. According to the Canna Aqua bottle, the nutrient already has magnesium, coupled with my standard tap water being 30PPM will I even need a cal+mag s…

okay so i chucked in some seeds (about 4 per pot) and left them outside in normal potting mix. its been real cold down here in melb and its been a week and i havent seen anything, i have been lightly watering them to keep the soil moist and shit but still nothing. the cat even up-ended a pot a day ago and i found a seed that hadnt even split... first grow ever so im probably doin somethin wrong

I have a question about coco feed regimes I am doing run to waste, running 50lt pots, using nixs mix coco it is a blend. I am wondering how much and often to feed. I have been told to always have 10 to 20% run off, which will mean a lot of water per feed. I am following H&G feed chart and when it comes to using shooting powder I was thinking of changing the feed to recycling satellite system for the 3 weeks, so I don’t need to use 45 packs of the shooting powder. Do you think this is safe
