  1. Food colouring - Juice colour , I have thought about doing something like this just for somthing different. How about pure Cordial? whould that be bad to smoke?
  2. Good work SukonmiSkunk Let's hope you get a reply.. As for the change in cannabis laws, those dumb ass's in the South Australian Labour party are just looking for things to change which they think will gain them votes and recognition. I would like to know how they have listened to the general public on this one.
  3. Yeah you probably can I was saying your doing well if you get 1.5+ pound per individual 1000w globe with a basic setup Not so sure about the rockjuice most pictures I have seen of Buds grown with it look un-natural and a lot of people say its carcinogenic and have heard many people have problems using it.
  4. Someone mentioned 1.5lb per 1000watt as average.. Id say that is above average.. This harvest Im looking around 3 pound (not certain until dry) for 2x1000's. But I use a rail and Advanced nutes etc and none of that Rockjuice / superbud / Quick turn etc crap which I think wrecks the weed.. Anyway if you get 3lb from 3x600's you would be doing very well! Goodluck and make a Grow Diary with lots of pics
  5. Well It would be very hard to say unless someone else has grown with the same lighting / strain in a very similar way. I have not
  6. One of the funniest things I have ever seen comes under this topic. A Couple years back I was in a line up waiting to enter a venue to see a band/concert, had a few chick friends with us and this girl came running up to one of our friends (sara) all excited and jumping around. She hands sara a can of glitter spray to put in her hair so sara starts spraying it all over her hair from behind her. Then the girl stupidly wacks a cigarette in her mouth and lights her lighter while being sprayed.. (boom) her whole head was on fire, like 3 or 4 ft of flames coming off her head.. She starts running around in circles while we are trying to chuck jumpers and stuff on her head to put the flame out.. She was not hurt but her hair was a little burnt and smoking.. (I hate the smell or burnt hair) and she was off bolting home because she was embarrased. People started laughing hard as it was hilarious once we found she was not hurt.
  7. fmfracerpro It all depends on how much room you have. For the amount of space I have (probably about 1.2m square each plant) I veg for around 6 weeks depending on how big they get. For Example on my first grow Pic 1 : 5.5 weeks veg. ( I turned to 12/12 after about 6 weeks ) Pic 2 : after another 7.5 weeks blooming ( I pulled them at 8 weeks bloom: 14 weeks total ) You can see they get about double the width and height through the blooming stage, which I had just enough room for. This was with 2 1000w HPS not sure if its the same with 250MH
  8. Good Choice on the Blue truncheon, I got one never regretted buyig it.. Its great. I actually picked it up for $110 from a hydro shop
  9. Thanks for bringing this to my attention stonedstump, , I like this theory and will probably use it this grow. I have had a lot of temp problems also this winter, my room got as low as 10c i have since purchased a heater control thermostat so I should be able to put this into action. I just hope it does not affect my electricity bill to much. I have set my the heater to keep the temp above 15c at the moment.. that should be ok for the veg cycle?

    Room temps

Cheers Frazzle, I suppose it depends on the strain your going, I imagine there are a few strains that would not like the temp below 10 decrees. Maybe I have one of them Just went and purchased a Thermostat to turn on when it gets below 15 hooked up to a heater. I am just trying to cut out all the possible things that could be causing my plants to grow so slow. Cost me $130 for the thermostat Ok no one has talked about humidity. I purchased a Digital Themometer and it has Humidity reading as well ( $40 ) currently it is a fairly cold day probably about 14 in the room my temp is 16 and humidity 68% lights off. Whats the best Humidity level during veg?

    Room temps

What sort of heater can be used to help keep the temp up? I can imagine this will bring up the electric bill if an electric one was used. I am about to go get a digital Themometer as my old one broke but I am thinking the low room temp may be stunting my little ones. Also going t look for an electric thermostat, not sure what heater to get yet any idea's?
  12. YEah I am with billopuffolot on this one.. I had vertical blinds on my shed window already. I was lucky the window had an inner ledge. I used a stable gun to put some some speaker cloth just behind the blinds then packed it full of roof insulation. Then Screwed in a piece of MDF (3cm thick) to the window frame, painted the MDF with White ceiling paint and bobs your uncle. Now it looks like a normal room, no sound gets out from fan and pumps, no light gets out and anyone tring to break in will have to make a lot of noise to get through the MDF thats for sure See it on the left wall? sorry a bit to tired to go take another pic
  13. Its probably to late to Trim of the leaves with scissors as the leaves shrival up over the buds within about 10 hours of pulling them out. Id say you will have to pull off the leaves once dry, In my opinion this takes a lot longer than trimming. Dam I hate trimming took me and a mate 8 hours straight to do 2.4pound had blisters on my thunb and fingers from the scissor action
  14. Congrats UBENHADD nice find champ I am also curious as to what country you are in. Not a common find in australia anyway. Unless maybe her pot smoking friend secretly planted them there Not a bad idea really.. anyone know any old ladies that water their garden reguarly and will not notice some nice looking weeds? on a slightly off topic matter is it really worth growing outdoors in winter etc? I have never know anyone to do it as most people think its not worth the trouble and the yield is extremely low. I have always been told to plant in spring so the plants will be ready at the end of summer when the sun is at its peak. I have witnessed countless outdoor grows done this way using a decent strain to get nothing less that a pound a plant somtimes 2 or above if we have a nice sunny summer. Yeah anyway really curious anout this as a lot of people on this forum seem to grow outdoor at all stages of the year.
  15. haha budman are you serious? I can not imagine water in your lungs being a good thing would be cool if there was actually a way to clean your lungs tho..
