  1. I grow under 1.2 square metre of light (ducted and fan cooled shade with 2 x 600watt & 1 x 400watt HPS lights) with recirc system and regularly get 1.5lbs of dry good quality bud every time. It doesn't matter whether it is 2, 3 or more plants (all in same size area) I still get the same yield. I not have weighed my buds when first cut - no point !, but do accurately weigh them dry ready to use, never had less than 1.4 of good bud and another few ounces of small stuff. If you use old globes in your system you will loose bud weight and growth, never do ore than 3 grows with each globe. Never be tempted to overdose plants that will stress them and you are simply wasting money. Keep grow area at 16 degrees during dark cycle and 26 degrees for grow/flower cycles with plenty of fresh air and a fan stirring the air all the time. This should help increase your yield immensely.
  2. They also look like they could do with some more nitrogen too
  3. Look underneath the leaves very carefully, this looks very much like spider mite (very very very small critters) try spraying with white oil (must saturate the plant - leaves including underside as much as possible- then repeat a few days later !. It could also be a PH/nitrient related problem but you have not given enough information to make a viable diagnosis. Please provide, method of grow soil-hydro-run to waste or recirc, ph levels, nutrient used and strength, temp and humidity etc. But I would spray them anyway -carefully with a weak solution if you can - better safe than sorry !
  4. Hey I am exactly the same as Tom will tell yopu - but one difference I actually don't smoke ! I have absolutely no tollerance for fuck wits or arse hole's, good thing I like to relax and watch my "grass to grow"so to speak
  5. I told you to come back to Tassie cobber - and do the Big Shed Thing !
  6. ah

    Still alive then !

  7. It's good to tip them early depending on the room you have to grow them in but I would leave these little beauties for another week or 10 days before tipping them. I do mine about 3-4 times depending on howmany I have put in the GR. Looking nice, you'll love them.
  8. I have been growing "White Widow" and several other strains for 2 years now and they have proved to be the best strain. I base this on yeild, potency, taste, ease of growing, toughness (if anything goes wrong) and well just a good allround strain - you simply can't go wrong with "White Widow". I grow mine at 4-6 weeks in Veg ( I tend to pinch tips out to bush them out a little) then 8-10 weeks in fLOWER - yes they get big but so does the harvest !
  9. Firstly two 600w's provide more light at a lower running cost with more effective light spread over the canopy. Second beware - do not waste your money on a fan that will not work effectively with your carbon filter - you really do need the fancy centrifugal fan (they can handle more line pressure than anything else). Other than that everything else sounds pretty good. Anyway - growing is always "work in progress" including upgrading etc. I say "just do it"
  10. I can understand your problem but we can help you. The PC Fans on thier own definately not enough (they do ot have sufficient pulling or push power) that said you can get more flow from them with this simple solution (regardless of what some may tell you). it - hotglue 2 or 3 PC fans together (ge the direction right) and place on directly on the inlet and exhaust sides of the light. use the inlet side to extract the hot stale air from the room, route the exhuast directly outside (it will not have enough power-output to filter the air). Also use several fans to push fresh air into the grow room at floor level (it is much cooler down there). Lastly it will make a big difference if you use the daytime hours as your plants night cycle (beaware you must have 100% light proof for this to work effectively in regard to plant life cycles). Use the night cycle as your plants daytime cycle, MJ needs a temperature difference of 10 degrees from night cycle to day cycle to get maximum benefit of grow cycle etc. A side benefit here in Tassie ( fro those of us on "Pay as you go" power get to run our lightsd on at the cheapest time of day (1/3 the morning rate). I have been using this grow cycle for a year + now - it has solved a couple of delemmas for me. Give it a try !
  11. Hi, I can highly recomend Growrite for vegitative stage and Budrite for the flower stage for nutrients. I also use a range of Dutchmaster products as well. As for dosage consider consulting the below chart; https://cannabis.community.forums.ozstoners...m&album=183
  12. I run an air cooled 2.5metre long 3 fitting shade/reflector currently with 2 x 600w HPS in it and it produces excellant results. I run the light very close without burn or damage and have to lift it every single day, the growth is just so fast. I am about to get another 600w HPS ballast and a couple more globes to run 3 x 600w HPS in it. Don't knock it unless you have tried it - then you won't any way because you will learn what such a brilliant thing it is Don't be scared give it a go
  13. I am currently using both growrite & budrite ( have used for 4 very good crops - no nutrient problems) and I am also using dutchmaster foliar products. Anyone who has seen my posts will know I have had excellant crops every time. I highly recomend them to everyone.
  14. Hi Stoney, I suggest you have a look at the chart in my post just above yours.
