  1. Good on you, I also investigated this and found 99% people say it can't be done. I did however read from one guy that he had a particualt strain that worked and cloned successfully, almost exactly the same as you -took it about week 3 in veg. My feeling is that the "genetically same age as mother thing" is a load of bollocks, and you seem to be proving me right. What are the uses: the only one that would be useful for me if I were planning on an outside grow that I didn't want to finish in March, but earlier in the season, then I could clone up a few autos and plant them outside in my 2 bush spots. Well done for not listening to the dogma. M
  2. They are usually females who have been harvested late (allowing male flowers to develop on the same plant) and pollenated their own flowers. Hence they will all be females, well that's what I find. I germinated, grew then cloned one of mine and still have it going as a mother in my cupboard- no idea what it is (some indica type) but it produces pretty nice pot. Mungo.
  3. I have skunk - in a 10 in 10 out (every 2 weeks) in 1 square 8L pot SOG perpetual grow system working nicely. I now want to add Karli Mist (80% Sativa) for an outside grow starting late sep (need to clone it up first), it will be massive when harvested in March. I also have a blueberry/skunk and a wappa (mainly indicas) to try out in the perpetual system. Mungobrush
  4. You can get a good clone to root in 7-14 days and ready to flower by 21-28 days. In my experience cloning takes about 2-3 weeks off the whole process compared with seeds and no males. M
  5. Agree with mattick, veg through winter add 2 x 24 watt cfls or the like. Your'll need to induce flowering at some point or you will have to wait until March/April 2013 to get a harvest from what will be a very big plant by then. M
  6. I always use Demon seeds with max stealth (extra $15). Never any problems but they are expensive and also the free seeds never come unless you hassle them. M
  7. Agree with Devil, probably too cold, they like 20-25 C to germinate. I put mine between two wet folded into quarters kitchen paper towels with a saucer on the bottom and one on the top. I then put them in a drawer and less than 7 days they are ready for planting, I have 100% record with this for over 50 seeds. If it was bag seed they my be bad and not germinate. Mungo
  8. Need a bit more info Bro. Lets assume you have them in a 1-2 litre pots and thery are 4weeks old and around 4 inches long (correct me if am wrong). May is a bad time to start, most growers start Oct-ish. Unless you change the light away from the natural light this time of year (>12h darkness) they will want to flower and you will only get a small yield. Keep saround 2-3 24 watt cfls on them for 18-24 h per day and they switch it to 12h when you want to flowers (will need 12 h of absolute darkness to induce flowering). The bigger they get the more cfls you will need. You will get almost nothing without some artifical light this time of yr. M
