  1. if you ever get around to growing your own med grade cannabis, grow Northern lights #5!!! i suffer from all the problem you have plus a bit of arthiritis every now and then and this stuff helps me deal with the pain and send me to sleep like a baby
  2. thats too bad m8..... well least its a little learning curve for ya! wouldnt wanna bugger up any good strains that you order off the net now would ya!..... it sounded as though you did have a nitrogen deficiency or chlorosis... are you doing a guerilla grow or something?? now about ordering seeds, ive had 2 from 2 come through from seedsman and every single seed popped! so i can recomend them to ya and there price is unbeatable. placed an order with herbies couple days ago so ill see how that go's. cya
  3. if the bottom leaves are yellowing first then your overwatering,solution.....dont water so much! if your leaves are yelowing from the new growth its a nitrogen problem, solution..... fix with zyme! if your plant looks like its had yellow paint dripped on it, its fertilzer burn,solution.....flush with clean water!
  4. well since i had sucess getting my fisrt ever seed order into the country i thought why not do it again and went and bought mr nices shark shock from seedman 2 weeks ago, the seeds arived today, the pic on the website looks awesome! has anyone grown this stuff before? also i have an order from herbies wich ive orderd vanilla kush, caramello, super silver haze, auto easy-ryder and big bud any info regarding any ozzy grow info on any of these strains would be nice
  5. thats a high class problemo my friend! i had this problem once, so i harvested in different stages, first the tops, then i let the ones below go for a couple more weeks to harden up and so on! when i got down to the bottom stuff thats been growing on the plant the longest it was more potent than the tops. sure the buds were smaller and scraggier down there but hey! the shit was not to sell and was for my own use so who cares how pretty the buds were. just my 2c
  6. well goodluck mate let us know how you go, but if i were you i would go and buy some more beens from a trusted seedbank like herbies or attitude just incase customs nabs your amterdam seedbank order and marks your name down and flags any intl mail thats got your name on it. but then agin you shouldnt have a problem finding some top notch beanz down there in south oz anyway! goodluck
  7. hey bud, nice suggestion! ill look into that! did you buy directly from kc or did you go through a middleman like herbies, attitude etc? i remember years ago here in sydney mango was everywhere and it had that real sweet tropical fruit stench and we all loved it! dam would be nice to get some of that.... i find that the seedbanks always downsize the flowering time info to make it more appealing to customers, so if they say its 8 weeks indoor, its really gonna be about 9 to 11 weeks, as soon as my next order shows up hopefully today ill have a look at getting some, i ordered mr nice's SHARK SHOCK regular seeds from seedsman, its a cross of white widow and skunk 1, once these show up ill do some shopping around for some thai strains and mango
  8. yea no problem, i love to help people, it gives me a special kind of high if this is your first grow you just want to keep it really basic so you can learn as you go with out killing your plant with too much love and advanced nutes, when i did my first grow about 10 years ago i only used fish emulsion fertilizer as its high in Nitrogen(makes plants grow green and lucious) and it will not burn your plants and when flower time came i just swithed to a basic bloom booster(high in potassium and phosphurus to make branches strong and hold plenty of buds ) and that was it! cya!
  9. hi there river rat, sorry for the late reply,. yes.. i have had lots of success breeding using stored pollen from the freezer, ive got a bag of NL pollen in the freezer thats been in ther for about nearly 2 years now and its still sterile.. i keep it in a film canister and only sprinkle a bit of pollen out at a time so that the cannister never comes out, let the pollen you are gonna use warm up to room temp and then apply it to a selected clone using a womans make up brush and then isolate the pollinated plant. ive done this heaps of times and it always worked!!! it would be good if seed banks sold fresh pollen from good male breeding stock, nothing better than having an arsenal of top genetics on hand! also i dont really know much of the traits of the thai varietys all i know is that it should be 100 percent sativa and have a very long flower time and it should be very mold resistant as thailand is such a humid place.
  10. yea well thats the plan ev, i do play around with a few genetics and i have a bag of NL pollen in the freezer i could use . i had trouble with molding buds last autumn, so would be good to have something that can handle the moisty aussie outdoors fall. i also got 5 regular white widow seeds bought off seedsman sprouting up right now in a green house, hopefully i can get a good male out of that so i can store its pollen for my breeding stock, that would be the shit man! i would call it.... the Thai Widow!!! hahah alright i will purchase these seeds soon!
  11. hi ther k80, nice pics dude! areyou talking about mushroom compost soil? i've grown in pots using this stuff before and it did well, its quite a forgiving medium that almost looks after itself.. just give them a nitrogen rich fertilizer for the grow period, i fertilized every 2 weeks and just gave them ph adjusted water every other day. also you should get a bigger pot. cya
  12. hi guys i was thinking of purchasing some feminized seeds of wild thailand, pretty nicely priced seeds and apparently some pretty good smoke so i was just wondering if anyone here in oz has grown this strain out before, i cant really find much info on it. because thailand is a very humid and wet place does anyone know if it will do good in the ozzi climate wich is much cooler in the fall than thailand?
  13. that sucks all governments are the same, they promise you something to get elected and then dont do it.
