  1. In the past I have noticed a big difference to shaded vs non-shaded grows. It can be a difference of more than 50% of the final yield depending upon how much usable light the plants get.
  2. just waiting on a mate.

      brick

Indy you are a funny bastard! lol
  3. Wally was a good friend of mine. I think he had some issues maintaining the strain after a while due to legalities and technicalities. He's a solid bloke. Would love to see how these turn out! a bit stealthier in veg but when they flower it's pretty easy to spot em haha
  4. It shocks me that USA are so far ahead of us in this department. Hopefully other countries will follow their example and soon enough.... surely.... it will one day be legal everywhere. One can only hope
  5. Look into the amino acid L-Tryptophan. It's a great all around essential supplement. If you really want a great nights sleep combine L-Tryptophan and Magnesium about 2 hours before retiring. As soon as I lay down on that combo - BOOM KO
  6. The LED you got will be fine for your grow space. If this is your first grow - stick with organic soil. It's very hard to stuff up and it's the easiest way to learn. My first grow was in coco and although it is very beginner friendly, it's much more involved than soil is but the results are somewhere between soil and hydro. Growing in soil is dead easy and anybody can do it. To keep your temps in check you will need to consider an extraction fan. The best thing to do is to get a carbon filter and extraction fan and hook it up to your tent. The carbon scrubber filters out the smells before exhausting it into the outside room. Depending on the strength of your exhaust fan - you may or may not need an intake fan (some people run passive intake) If you're growing stealthy - DO NOT SKIMP OUT ON A GOOD CARBON FILTER AND EXTRACTION FAN. There are only a few ways to get busted and they are: * Telling people (loose lips sink ships) * Smell (the easiest way to get busted) * Light leaks (what is that suspicious light?) * Suspicious temperature leaks (heat coming from areas that should be cold) * Visually (as in leaving the tent open for prying eyes) * Electricity (suspicious usage, stealing electricity (never ever ever steal electricity) Cover all of your bases and you'll be fine. Most importantly though, is to get started. Don't be scared to make mistakes, it's the easiest way to learn.
  7. Find a cheap carbohydrate source to add to your mix and it should help you out with yield. The beneficial bacteria love the stuff and it also helps out your plants, producing bigger flowers. I use Grotek Carbo Max - it's very cheap stuff and a little goes a long way
  8. All good buddy. As long as it's under 30 degrees it should be sweet it's just that some terpenes will volatize above 25 degrees and the end product may not be as nice in the smell department as it otherwise could have been that's all. Good luck!
  9. Oh definately - you won't have any problems sleeping. Just the dreaming and dream recall part
  10. I believe cannabis suppresses REM sleep (which I have experienced many times). I've also read that it increases the production of the female hormone estrogen in men. Which can make men emotionally sensitive and develop man boobs over time.
  11. G'day folks. Just thought I would put up a post for the Australian HEMP party. These guys are activists in cannabis law reform and will be contending at this years federal election. Please VOTE 1 for HEMP and help put an end to cannabis prohibition. Join their facebook page and offer your support! Australian HEMP party (Facebook page) It's time we move forwards Australia. We know how beneficial this plant can be to our health, heart and happiness. It has the power to heal us all and to create a thriving economy. Australia needs to legalise cannabis for industrial, medicinal and recreational use. Free the herb. Prohibition clearly does not work. It didn't work with Alcohol and it will never work for anything. In fact, usage rates for all drugs have climbed gradually over the years even with the stiff penalties in place (and we're talking multi billion dollars) which demonstrates that the war on drugs is clearly not working and is wasting valuable tax dollars. Dollars that are better spent elsewhere (on public health for instance). AUSTRALIA, THE TIME HAS COME TO TAKE A STAND! STAND UP FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN AND SUPPORT THE AUSTRALIAN HEMP PARTY AND HELP PUT AN END TO THE PROHIBITION. Together we can make a difference!
  12. Bless this now free man he's a champion and a legend with a pure heart. May karma repay him for his kindness.
  13. IMO Religion is bullshit and was designed to control and brain wash folks. I do believe that there is an all powerful god out there somewhere but religion is just BS.
  14. Cold yet content. Thank you beer - you make my life complete.
  15. tandykins do you know that this is not an isolated incident and that many others have reported that cannabis oil have cured their cancers also? cannabis IS the cure to cancer and the day that we accept it and embrace it, will become the day that the world may move towards being healthy and hopefully cancer free!
