They are all suffering...The worst one has the lowest vigor as you would expect. I think it's more than just PH but Micmac is most probably on the Money. Those Nutes are either weak or the Feedchart is over the top....4ml per liter of any nutes is a lot. Let alone 8ml per liter all up in Flower

You are right to be concerned....They have a small deficiency that if not corrected will become a big issue during flowering. What are you growing in? What are you feeding them? How much are you feeding them? How often are you feeding them? Its looks like Coco and Perlite....If it is then the first thing you are doing wrong is not flooding the Coco. I can see patchy dry Spots. That can only mean you are not feeding the whole Root System every day. So make sure its Coco specific Nutrient. 1.2 E.C. and PH to 5.8 -6.0 At this age flood the Pots to get some run off every day!!!!

All Cannabis Plants will do better on Coco unless you have a really well Balanced Soil and have experience growing with it. I recommend 24 hour lighting with Autos and no less than 18 hours. Upsetting the light schedule with an Auto will not cause it any issues unless extreme. In Summer i will run them on 18/6 once they start flowering because of the heat. In Winter I hit them hard with 24 hours light start to finish. The only thing that an Auto can do that Photo's cant is flower on more than 12 hours of light....Any less than 18 hours and you are wasting that fast flowering time an Auto will give you. I recommend Nutrifield Coco A & B for newbies and Coco....Its all you need start to finish This plant was grown in Coco with just Nutrifield and nothing else from start to finish. You dont need and will not gain a single thing from a expensive Cocktail of Nutrients

Yep go straight to a Canna Clinic if you can. Cancer treatment should be more on the THC side of things, if he can handle it. Straight up CBD Oil is not good for Cancer just good for the Pain. If he is Cancer free then target more % CBD for the Pain. If you want to have a crack at cancer healing yourself just google Rick Simpson Oil and have fun with that. This stuff off the shelf is more expensive than the street is some cases. Start growing your own Meds

They are Nutrient deficient already. I'd be paying more attention to that.

You can get an EC meter delivered to your Door for under $25. If you have a decent nutrient line it will have the ml per liter and approximate EC right there on the Bottle. For $25 why not just buy one

Newbies need to stick with Canna Terra if they want to play with Auto's and Soil. 24 Hours light and Coco with any Coco 2 part Nutrient keep the E.C. down to 1.2 until flower. Keep the PH around 5.8 to 6.0 and you cant go wrong. Keep the Res Airated and feed them every single day, Treat for Gnats They love HPS light from day 1. 90% of the time any Auto I grow is about this size at 4 Weeks grown this way. This Plant was tipped at day 21
