  1. Try Dipel a natural product made in Aus and is used by market gardeners. I tried it and it works better on caterpillars than anything else I have tried. Available at Bunnings.
  2. You could also try a mixture of one teaspoon of "Oil of Cloves" in a litre of water in a spray bottle and spray the moldy buds first before cutting them off. Oil of Cloves kills mold, about one of the only things actually kill the spores. OoC can be obtained at the chemist. Oh you have already pulled them. Keep my suggestion for your next grow.
  3. The trails could also be leaf miners. A bug that gets into the leaf, yes into the leaf and munches on all that good sap. They are not really a problem. I would concentrate on getting rid of the spider mites. they are a more serious problem. That plant or branch near the brickwork looks like a couple of buds could have mold. If the darkened spots on the buds look dead or dying cut them off as it will be mold, try not to disturb the mold (if that is what it is) as the spores will spread. Or do nothing and take a closer picture of the dark spots and put the pics here so you can get opinions from others in here but it looks like mold to me.
  4. I use Canna Terra all the time. Getting a bit expensive now though. I found when I used nutes other than Canna nutes the plants did not like it one bit. Not saying other nutes wont work but from my personal experience I stick with Canna Terra nutes when I use Canna Terra medium. Give it a good flush with water only, with a ph between 6.5-6.8 then water with half the required dosage of whatever nutes you are using. This url may help as well. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/iron-deficiency
  5. As a precaution you could throw in a tablespoon of rice into the jar and change it after a few days. The rice will absorb moisture.
  6. I use Canna pro as well. With Canna nutes. I have never checked the soil PH never. I spend a fair bit of time getting the water PH to maintain PH 6.5 - 6.8. Then add the Cana nutes then water the plants. 50 litre pots outside sees them through the season with no root bound probs, just plants not reaching their proper potential size. Better than feeding termites where I live. I'm also using fabric 19 litre (7 gallon) pots out doors and the plants are doing better in them that the 50 litre pots. Height is the same atm bushiness is about equal, for the size of the bags I am impressed. Personally I would not be worrying about soil PH. Canna is a very good medium. Just keep your water PH where you are happy with the result. Everybody has gone through bad grows at the start, that is the learning curve. From your pic I believe you are doing a good job. If it works don't fix it.
  7. I'd be thinking of removing the mulch. It may be keeping the roots too wet, that will slow growth. Worth a try. You can always put it back if that is not the cause. The plants look pretty healthy though.
  8. Not saying you have a zinc deficiency but this may help you figure it out. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/zinc-deficiency
