Hey Granny. Hey guys. I've tried The reptile lights & I found they dont work that well. I lost 3 clones in a reptile enclosure... The small fluros seem to fair better.

Thx Granny... Compliments are ALWAYS welcome. 28w? I wish I could get them locally. These are the biggest "household" fluros I've seen so I grabbed em. I'll look around a bit harder next time & I just noticed Kryties comment ya can get em in 6400k too! Ty Kryties. I've been peeking in on your grow. I'm at about 3 1/2wks too & just starting that sweet sweet smell. I can't get the light down into her because 1-she fills up the room & 2-she's pretty tight. Suggestions on how maybe it could be done? I run the lights no more than 3" above her at all times. She has got to within about 1/2" a few times but that was a bit too close for the GL fluros. & about the fans... Ilky not long posted me the pc fan idea in my grow diary. it's cheap hehe, it's easy to set up & it's compact. Not 1 pc fan... not 2 pc fans... BUT 3 PC FANS! lmao anyway it's all in there. Anyways I'll sketch something up & give yas a look see. Thx again guys.

Yeah it works well ty. This is the only setup I've tried & the next grow will be a true scrog. (More ideal for the current setup.) I'm a cheapskate so any advice on modifications are most welcome. The newbies are just 20w Phillips soft whites (2700k) $15 from the local Safeway for a pack of 3.

Hey Granny, how ya been? 1000w in a 1.5x1.5m room..?......... Would you need a shade..? lmao If the shade doesn't work do what I do Gran... Modify it. Mines a cross breed. (I couldn't decide. hehe) I haven't got a recent pic of the shade but it's 1/3 wider again now. I can't see any reason why that shade wont work.. Sure a 'squound' 1 would be ideal but I'll swap ya if ya want.

So true freddie... At least it is for me. If the rats smoke over a long period of time then they don't get the munchies anymore & they starve. & what's the chemist gunna have on his shelves..? 20/70... 50/50... 70/30... Seriously tho even cause its synthetic I reakon it'd come close to the same result depending on the rat/person. my 2c worth anyway.
