well really it is based largely on trust however I have inlisted the help of a few popular admins to have a look to make sure nothign is stolen from them

 

should somone be caught stealign copywrighted matierial from here or any other site that we find out about Be warned that your right to privacy on the site will be out of the window , we will anounce your screen name , ISP details and also just let everyone know what a lowlife thief you are and this will not just happen on this site but the ino will also be given to the person who legaly owns the images incase they wish to pursue with more action

 

 

The short of it is don't steal images , I know the punishment may seem a little harsh to some but it's somehtign that is VERY easy to avoid simply buy not claiming whats not yours

I remember KK having this problem, someone posted bogs bubblegum as their own for the monthy compition.

 

There was nothing to win, so he did it for a giggle. But then he was confronted by the owner of the buds and the shit hit the fan.

My shots will get better trust me, it's my new lenese.

I haft to get used to shoting with them...

My question is tho, if a person wins POTM can they enter the next POTM...?

Alot of web sites make it a 1 shot deal you win, your done...

I think that is bull shit too because like myself, I am not going to stop taking pics because I won and then just download them in to a album and that where they sit..

The other site that is well known has alot of problems with this,

people changing names and all that shit that go's along with it...

You should really think about this to head shit off befor it starts and really try to keep things fair for Everybody and that what's hard....

I really like what you guys have done with this site, keep up the good work and it will pay off in the end with your members
