Microbial - kills all fungas/mold virues in the root area and media and also keeps scraid fly from invading. ( i also like to foliar spray this product to stop bud mold)

 

Canna Zym - Turns any dead roots into usuable nutrients.

 

Also a biggie is to never allow the nutes to go over 21 degress.

what sort of money is that zym cost you., Does a bottle last the whole grow?

 

I cant seem to find the microbial in Brisbane either?? anyone from there know a place that has it for sure?

Should be heaps of places with Microbial RTU around, it's a good product.

 

Pythoff may be another way to help with root browning, although in the end you should be checking the system to see what's causing this.

 

PK 13-14 is prone to precipitation at e.c. levels above 20, particularly in recirc systems. Try and keep fert levels below this.

 

Hey ferengi, you should seriously consider increasing the drain size or altering the systems drainage point if you're coming across regular blockage.

 

CannaZym is about 45 bucks or so per 1L bottle, a bit cheaper when you buy in bulk. Great stuff.

 

I would also recommend adding pk products first, before the nutrient, rather than after, to allow maximum dilution and solubility.

Yea Im adding a second one to this grow so we shall see how she goes.

I have wanted to do it for awhile.

and nah I normally dont have a problem, unless i use things like biobugs etc that make the roots go mental.

Its been 3 days since I noticed the cloudiness and I have been dosing it with oxyplus and the nutrients seem to be getting clearer but stuff it, I'm going to dump it and clean out the whole system then replace the nutrients.

 

The plants dont seem to be suffering in any way.

 

I also noticed that part 2 of my nutrient formula has floaties in it....I'm using "Ozi magic" from Hydrasphere who has its factory a few kms away but I've also had the same problem with the GH and Dutch Master brands.

 

I'm careful to store them in a cool dark place and everything is kept clean.....has anyone else had this problem ??

just a quick note mate. Was talking to the Canna rep from WA and he said you can note mix oxyplus with cannapk13-14 as they do not mix together.

Well that explains a lot of things, when I dumped the nutrients with the pk13-14 the fresh nutrients didnt cloud up when I added oxyplus.

I thought that might have been the cause of it with the two not being compatable.

Your post confirms it.

If that is the case, i'd dump the oxyplus
