new plants

ok i have 6 plants outside 5 of them only have those first 2 leafs not hte rounded ones on bottom but the two that come after that i just was wondering what i can do to get them to grow faster they are a week old already andim starting to get worried one of them has developled its second set but the they are in soil outside geting a lot of indirect sunlight only about 3 hours actuall sunlight the one thats doing ok gets about 6 direct im in the northern hemisphear in the midwest of the usa

well they are a week old they are still seedlings and will take another 1-2 weeks before they hit the vege stage and thats where they'll start to grow nice and fast...
