are mirrors good to reflect light ?

hey all..

 

just as the topic says.. is a mirror good to use instead of a reflective film in a good room ?

 

does it reflect the light good ? because i can completly surround my grow room with mirrors cause i have so much

naa mirrors actually take in allot of light and also concentrate heat too i belive

 

cheaper and safer to use plastic film , or even a flat white paint

Indeed, pure is correct. Mirrors will concentrate light into "hot spots" as well as reducing the overall lumens reflected due to the glass eating up a substantial proportion.

 

Panda film is a cheap and good reflective material, much cheaper and easier to use than mirrors too. And as Pure also mentioned, flat white paint all over does the job effectively as well.
