Adjusting pH too quickly, help pls

Hey guys,

 

I've now got a digital ph meter and it turns out i've been giving my plants pH 6.0 water... Obviously I want to change this to 6.3-6.5 as soon as possible (soil mix, hand watered). I read on overgrow that if you change the ph too quickly it can shock the plants... is 6.0 to 6.4 in one go too large a jump? If so, how would you recommend I go about it? is 6.4 the ideal ph for incoming water? I'm going to do a full flush tonight, and I'd like it to be precise

set it to what you want it at mate .... it will be cool

Thanks mate... what would you set it at for a soil/perlite mix? 6.5?

mate i use the canna ph indicator, and try for the orange which is 5.5 ... hey , it's true soil mix too . it states on the bottle ....... maintain ph between 5 and 6.5 or risk loss of essential nutrients .

Well my nutes (experts choice) say to adjust to 6.4... thats why i suggested 6.4 at first
