Not enough soil in this mix?

Hey guys,... I was reading about soil mixes and such and I messed up my quantities and I now have a mix of 15L soil, 5L Perlite and 5L Vermiculite

 

So thats 3 parts soil, I part perlite and 1 Part Vermiculite... is that ok? thanks!

What do you define as soil?? potting mix, topsoil??

but that mix still sounds ok,

 

how does it feel?? heavy light etc?
