10g yield. lighting required

A 250 w would do you much less than a pound and a half on avg. B) The og thread was probably a v-scrog with lots of experience and a kick ass yeilding strain, from clone.

Seed grown plants would need to grow for a lot longer, and you'll have to maintain them to a certain size to make that light effective on the plants. I'd suggest raising a few seeds until sexing, then cloning out the best female and growing that under the 250hps. You could suppliment the blue spectra a bit with a pair of cool white fluoros.

You'll likely yeild more than a third of an ounce, probably closer to 1 - 3 or so if it's your first go. A 400w light (which is usually of similar cost to a 250w unit anyway) would help you increase that yeild per harvest, with a larger growing space of course, to 8-12 or so, might be more or less depending on all the available factors, and what happens during the grow. Most first grows are not the best, and should be taken as learning processes to teach you just how things happen. If you yeild well off it, fantastic! But if you don't, you'll have learned exactly what not to do, and then your next seasons will be wiser because of it.

Most gardeners need 5 lifetimes. 4 to learn everything they want to know about gardening, and another one to put it into practice. :D

Good luck.
