Hey, What up people,

I am new to growing and I was wondering what would be the best setup but least expensive for 2 plants? And can you switch a plant from soil to hydro? Right now I have 3 floruo's for vegitation and two fans 1 for sucking one for blowing. Any help would be very useful.
