so yeah my gnome found a seed and wondered if it cound grow on the window sil? successfully?gnome was just wondering thanks

as long as its in a decent medium, well watered and has enough nutrients, u can grow anything on your window sil, but just remember that it wont get as much light as it would normally need (in most cases anyway) and you'll get a skimpy yield if lucky...

On a window sill, if lucky, you may end up with a token ornamental mull plant with no other use than that.

could i use a bedside lamp or something to make up for the lack of light or do i need a different sort of light? and then how much light a day should i expose it to?

i was wondering would it be better if i just put it into a pot of soil and put it outside will it grow better then with more yield?

My very first grow when i was 16 was grown on my window sill, hehe i told my parents it was an ag assignment. It actually grew ok till my folks got sus and asked round found out it was MJ. Only thing was it started flowering real early and was small as only in 6" pot.

hey ... like wanddacronic said the quality of your weed depends on your light, ventilation, medium, nutrients etc ...

 

In most cases ... yeah it will grow bigger outside fully exposed to the sun but that does depend on how big the pot is, nutirents, soil drainage etc ...

 

For example ... if you were using a bubbler bucket ( hydro ) outside it would definately grow faster than a compacted soil mixture ( taking into consideration, your using the same strain ... as a result of cloning ).

 

My personal opinion .. i wouldnt bother, but hey if u want to try it out.

 

You might learn a thing or two.

thanx peeps i am now using the paper towel method of germination if it works it works if not it dont matter as it is a learning experience but thanx every1 4 ur help
