with the synthasising thc genetic material into other things...just curious as to why the dutch don't have smokeable tulips ? ...

I don't see it as impossible...i just want to know why some stoner with a degree hadn't already done it ?! haha then again...if you had smokeable tulips...im sure you would be hard pressed attempting a scientific report of any degree..more likely to be working on the perfect cow for the perfect hamburger...
