I have been a scrutineer, as has my wife and Ive  seen plenty of stupid but nothing like what you describe which to be honest sounds a lot like the tRump  conspiratorial claims but if there is actual evidence of this I will happily eat my words.

As for police discretion, yeah that part of law enforcement can be pretty arbitrary cant it.

I think some politicians have good motives but there are some that play on peoples fears and paranoia that are certainly dangerous. The ones who politicize the science scare me the most.

Any politician who describes Covid as a flu, vaccines or climate science as  a global hoax is endangering all of us for a lie.

They may not be as dangerous as a global pandemic but they are dangerous.

i'm not a anti vaxxer

 

& i'm def not a medical expert so take this statement with a grain of salt

 

covid is def real but the covid vaccine is experimental though & is making some serious coin for someone 

 

ivermectin has been round for a very long time , billions of doses have been used on people so we are very aware of any negative effects it might have on humans already

& even though the WHO suggest it should only be used to treat covid within clinical trials there are mounting numbers of doctors using & treating patients with it as a prophylactic for covid 

of cause ivermectin won't make the sums of money as the currant experimental vaccines will because it is already in generic form 

 

once again covid is real & is killing people , but is a experimental vaccine the way we should be going , keep in mind the Churchill quote , never waste a good crisis

Thanks Itchy, I am not a Doctor let alone an epidemiologist which is who we should all be listening to in my opinion.

  I am however an old RN with many years experience as a clinical nurse specialist in intensive care and I can tell you that I know the mRNA vaccines have been in development for a long time and we have all witnessed the largest clinical trials in history on them.

The overwhelming majority of Doctors and Nurses are anxious to be fully vaccinated with either an AZ or Pfizer and are not taking Ivermectin which like HCQ has been around for a very long time but are not at all substitutes for the available vaccines.

The vaccine has its risks but they are far less than not being vaccinated.

Myself I jumped at getting the AZ vaccine ASAP and took my wife with me for hers.

we all gotta do what we think right for our shelves & our loved ones as you & your wife have done 

 

as for me , as i said i'm not an anti vaxxer but i haven't been jumping at anything just yet , i'm not much of a early adopter for anything really 

 

i've never had any flew vaccine ever & i haven't had a cold or flew for a bloody long time , of cause there could be lots of reasons 

why i haven't had a cold or flew & i understand protecting each other , i just want to protect myself & each other in the best way i can 

i'm just not so sure the currant vaccines are the best of choices 

 

i'll def checkout the link you posted as i try & challenge my thinking instead of looking for info that only supports my currant thoughts on a subject
