had a brief read of it and it didn't look that bad for personal growers (actually surprisingly good) ... seemed to be more in favour of personal grows (and even small social clubs) than big business. also, looks like it's trying to fix a few of the ACT constraints, such as outdoor growing.

 

maybe i missed something ...

the report's suggestions (even watered down) seem like a good starting point for personal growers .... but ... will it even matter .... or like most other commissioned reports around the world ... be totally ignored in favour of a police state.

 

i hope we get the opportunity to legally gift canna.
