Not entirely sure never used a light like that, I do have my 130w CFL light pretty close to my vegging plants no issues. I would say about 30cm if the plant looks like its a bit lanky can lower it

with good quality leds in full spectrum i'd expect 200 par at 30cm which is good for clones/seedlings or 400par at 15cm good for mothers/ light veg, should be at least 500-600 par for flower 

 

i'd recommend downloading " lux light meter" app, place phone screen up on the pot next to the plant and adjust height pending lux reading while using the "Fluorescent" chart to convert lux to par with the link below.

 

if you get a reading of 50,000 - 74,000 lux that will burn/maybe kill the plant at this stage of growth
