Just read that article about PGR's. It labels cyco as a PGR.

That's right, just base nutes. Mine have an a and b for grow and an a and b for bloom. Costs about $70 for each 5l set. Cyco is the brand.

IMO you would need to read the labels on whats in it, the cyco products pictured in that article look different to the cyco labelled stuff I've seen in hydro shops

 cyco do sell 3 products that would be called classic pgr's it's shady but it is what it is. Only one is registered for use on edible crops which are grapes/rasberries, although they recommend it used alongside there other pgr which is only registered for use for ornamentals. But they also sell a lot of other products as well.

I'm sure that their base nutes are fine but I don't like the idea of spending my money supporting a company that has PGR in anything they make.

 

They have no love or respect for the plant and that crosses them off my list.

Mate how does less than $20 to make a pound sound, budget enough?

Just use a set of hydro A and B and skip all the additives. It works a treat. I get fine results with cyco base nutes but most brands are good.

It's very cheap to feed plants on quality nutrients, it's all the other shit that doesn't do anything that cranks the bill. Just don't use them.
