Eco neem from bunnos works perfectly well. I had it in my indoor and sprayed it once when I noticed a heap of them. Gone in 3 days. Spray the underside of the leaves.

Cheers everyone for the info.

Im going to give Eco-Neem a crack and look at predatory mites among other stuff mentioned to prevent them next grow.

Had another queston but off topic in regards to mixng nutrients so started another thread if anyone wants to check it out.
