Happy to help but we need a bit more info here

How are you growing indoor/outdoor, in soil/perlite/hydroponics/aquaponics, with HID lighting or sunlight, in a glasshouse or out in the open?

These are just a few questions to start with, then we maybe able to give you a clearer answer.

Yeah like Merlin said lots of variables, but generally you go really light on the nutes when they are young like 1/8 to 1/4 strength of what you'd normally feed them, and once again depending on grow type if dirt/soil don't over feed/water as soil holds nutes and really wet soil isn't good.

Remember at the end of the day it's a fancy weed it will grow almost anywhere with some water and love.

Jester is correct, soil will retain more salts from your nute mix. Perlite will not.

He's also correct about starting with 1/8 to 1/4 strength, babies need to be nurtured slowly not beaten into submission. So start slow and increase

How old are they? Seeds have a natural store of nutes. The first sets of leaves, called cotyledon, the rounded edge leaves, are a reservoir for the plant. By the time the cotyledon shrivel up and die the plant should have at least two sets of 'normal' leaves.

So slowly, slowly.

Are they flyers? For flying insects those yellow sticky strips work well. The little buggas are attracted to yellow.

Pyrethium works OK for crawlers, but as yr plants are young, be real careful with strength. Too strong and it'll burn the shit outta them. Also don't spray with your lights on if you can help it. The light will evaporate the water leaving the chemical behind and this is BAD.
