Question for the canna chefs.

I have a bit of trim, leaf and tip etc. In the freezer in a bag, plus some dry stuff that needs to be trimmed.

 

My question is does it matter if the plant material has been frozen? Or is it better to dry it out before throwing in the slow cooker to make canna butter?

 

The frozen stuff was chucked in a bag fresh, then thrown in the freezer.
