New tent setup, lightning?

Coco has no nutrients so it has more variables that need to be managed. Also to get the best results out of Coco you need to be watering up to 5 times a day during flower and 3 or 4 during vege so that pretty rules out hand watering. But an auto watering system is easier and cheaper to make than you might think.

 

Soil sounds easier because most of your plants nutrients and already in there and it retains more moisture so less watering. But that also gives you no control what nutrients your plant uptakes at different stages during its life cycle. and unless you mix and bake it yourself you have no idea what's in it.

 

From what I've seen soil is good for outdoor grows but almost certainly won't yeild as much as Coco if you are talking about indoors.

Check out a site called cocoforcannabis it had everything you need to know about growing in coco and the benefits.

Hard to manage in what way mate ? So you can buy medium that just requires water and no nutrients ? That sounds even better for myself being a newbie to the indoor scene.

Yeah I have a lot of spare time on my hands so the hand watering should be sweet, but will look into a flood and drain system in the future. What would be a good fan for my size tent 2.8x2.0x1.2 ? I was looking at this beast with 8 inch ducting and C02 fliter. https://www.aquagardening.com.au/phresh-hyper-fan

Heard good things about phresh fans and filters, haven't used them personally though. I can personally recommend can fans, well built lasts forever blows hard

Yeah as do I, but after a yr or 2 ,if you last that long

1 you will looking at ways to save water as you can use it again

2 Flood and drain or recirculating

3 2nd tent

5 3rd tent

6 cloning

Yeah I'd be inclined to get 1 of these as well ,$120 maybe

Get the heat sensor as well

Too much suck will play havoc with some tents

It's a greenfingers tent i scored it from a mate for nothing. I know there a cheaper tent but it seems to be pretty sturdy and decent quality. See how it goes anyway, looking at gorilla down the track. Hopefully the low setting on my fan will suffice for ventilation, if not I'll be grabbing a speed controller.
