Solution for spider mites.

Recommended Posts

Hi All, in the last three weeks spider mites have moved in on my plants.

Tried hose off method, neem oil, white oil, and other off the shelf remedies with little success.

Got onto this stuff from my local hydro shop. Apparently can use up to one week before harvest.

$75 for 5 litres. Worked great. No sign of them now.

Thought id share.

Cheers all[emoji16]post-64320-158145798829_thumb.jpegpost-64320-158145811647_thumb.jpeg

Not sure what's in it but it has no odor, doesn't feel oily or soapy either.

Supposed to be natural but who knows.

Its made in melbourne, but no info on packaging or online.

Its ready to use as is, no dilution required.

I’ve seen this at my local hydro shop.

What’s in it??

How much do you use per litre?

HI Frank,

I got a bit lazy with my IPM and paid the price.

I used neem oil and other stuff every 3 - 4 days for over 2 weeks.

soaked the whole plant and all the surrounding areas and was still finding the fuckers alive under leaves.

How often did you spray the other products? spidermites need a few sprays spread out over a 2 week period to adequately kill them off as there life cycle is so quick, if you aren't using strong systemic pesticides

That bottle is lacking in any sort of meaningful information.

Could be botanical, could be poison......how would anyone know?

Try and find a website. Send them a question through the contact if it works. Hmmmm.

if they are a botanical soap .....or whatever......why not just say it on the label.

Alternatively it may have something like abamectin in it if it actually works.

im glad it worked for you.
How many applications?
