Interesting read. But as they noted, there's so many variables to factor in, droplet size, wind, humidity, etc that would forever be alternating that when it comes to practical application it's going to vary across the entire coverage area. Great in theory, goodluck when applying it.

 

Yes, I think most of it is irrelevant on a practical level for some guy with a couple of plants in his 

backyard.  There were some nice tid bits I picked up though.

 

The ‘placing of pesticides in the path of pests’ made me smile. I like that idea.  

In my situation, I reckon I could take the redneck approach to make that happen.
