To get best bang out of the 17 Billion is to put it into everyone's  Bank Account.

The Velocity and Multiplier of feeding Coin into the bottom does end up in GDP.

If done you can expect 3X Dollars worth of GDP.

 

Now same 17 Billion feed into help Business is helping out the Banks....Stay with me here!

All these Company's have debt...so all that 17 Billion would bypass the multiplier effect and get used to pay down Debt

over the time it lasts before needing more.

 

This is very very bad idea....GDP falls further, it actually slow down Credit Growth.

This is a Bank Killer for a Fractional Banking system.
