Getting tap water PH down

Recommended Posts

Why is that, as in, how does that work. I know fuck nuthing about soil. Is it extremely well buffered or do the micros make ph irrelevant (I swore at a Dutch master rep for claiming that once) He was selling beneficials that fucked my ph.

Just curious, your plants look noice

Ive never had a need to check it.

Im not sure how but i think the soil does buffer it. Im not the scientific type like you so ive never looked into it. I probably should. Its got me interested now.

Maybe im just lucky that everywhere i have lived has had decent useable from the tap water.

Itchy would be able to give you the correct answer for this question coop.

all about soil biology , plant & microbes control ph , to the point where multiple ph readings

taken from different points round the root ball will give different ph readings depending on which

microbe is in control at any test point

here's a vid , i know i know it's jorge cervantes but it makes a point regarding soil biology & ph

https://youtu.be/cz0myB7XXFA

Dr Elaine Ingham on soil ph https://youtu.be/sRPKBD4x-nA basically she says soil biology contol ph

i'll also put up this Dr Elaine Ingham vid talking bout ph but also on using sulfur spraying , https://youtu.be/ImmTzF75UNE

i think its greatsouthernman is sulfur spraying

pros & cons , the cons of sulfur spraying i think totally out weigh the pros of spraying sulfur , i'm sure we've all heard of soil

mycorrhizal fungi & how important it is to most plants , sulfur is a broad spectrum fungicide , it does not discriminate between good & bad fungi

in hydro it's a very different system , the grower " is " mother nature & i think what coop mentioned is

correct but i have no idea when it comes to hydro systems so what the fuck would i know

i still can't get these vids to load in posts , bugga
