The bigger bushier plant is the mother/grown from seed and the ill plant is a clone from that plant. That’s why she seems smaller struggling. I only have the one tent/area so tried pushing out a few clones to fill space. I had 4 clones waiting for these to finish just sitting on a window sill to get the required light hrs. One of them did the same thing. Just dried and died. So I have 3 clones waiting now

Yes Fred , I always find a bit of bullshit helps 

all me organic grows have been mainly based on bullshit, pretty much the same with the coco ones as well

 

its all about bluffing them with it

how are you finding the 315w ?

im loving it. My first light was a mars 900. I used the Mars for 2 years and was happyish because I didn’t know better.

 

After a long veg time with these plants I bought the new light and flipped after a week. Within days they stretched 6-8 inches and after a week was throwing out single finger leaves on new growth. The light effect was startling. And I wasted 2 years growing duds with my disco light. The difference was night and day.

 

I originally went with the Mars to keep heat down in the tent but having the 315 with ballast outside the tent is far better. I’m maybe 2C hotter in the tent then ambient.

 

Not knowing how my yield would look under a hps I’d defo be choosing a more natural light source then mars

Just looks a bit dry in the medium.

you can’t see the medium. What you see is sphagnum moss, for cutting back on water loss.
