Yup maybe..over nutrition..so i already flush with ph water n trim out the damage leaves

Yep as Billy said let it be for a few days as to help the soil dry out a little.

 

Looks like its getting wet feet and maybe the soil is to hot, little plants don’t need to much food and hate over watering.

Feed it with a quarter strength feed, pH the feed and don't water till it needs it , feel weight of pot to determine the amount of water , in my experience start off in smaller pots and work ya way up as the plant needs em , you will find they don't like big pots as they can't use up water efficiently till they grow a good root system , the more often the wet to dry ratio the faster your plants grow
