I had a read of the first sentence and was like oh fucking brilliant more muppets aresting innocent civilians for growing pot to help themselves.

 

Then I saw the other stuff with homegrow being allowed and I saw that as a step in the correct direction.

 

I would still grow in your backyard with caution cus there are some real crackhead cops out there.
