So H&G say ro water doesn’t “harmonise” nutrients ? What’s that all about ?

Hey bud. I'm not one to speak from experience or fact.

 

But my personal thoughts are ro water with re added calcium and mag which most have cartridges on the 4 stage filter would be better than tap water with chlorine , fluoride, heavy metals and what else may be in it.

 

Even if u let the chlorine to evap.

 

My 2 cents anyway.
