I think there should be no such thing as a career politician. 2 terms maximum, then go get a real job. No kids straight out of uni, with no life experience. It used to be a job for people in their older years who wanted to help the country/community. Now it is for people who are looking for the handouts and perks and who want a million dollar a year job in the private sector after they are kicked out for corruption.
