Wait, what? Are you sure it's France? To my knowledge, it was the UK that has been producing and exporting the largest amount of legal cannabis in Europe. Oh, wait! Just googled it! So, yeah, you're right. Apparently, the biggest producer of hemp is indeed France. Idk why, but I thought that cannabis and hemp are the exact same thing, but I was wrong. Also, Romania and Lithuania are in the top 3! That's crazy! Cannabis is not even legalized in either of the two countries,
