itchybromusic
yeah def interesting , good post pug i've always run 16:30 lights on indoors , could even go down to 15:30 - 16:00 at 14:30 you can use that too but it gets to close to indica flower time , not an issue if your growing sativa's they need closer to 12:00 to start to flower but full indica's can start flowering at 14:30 hrs of lights on shango has some good vids like his latest with Dr Ethan Russo & how smoking terpenes can be harmful

itchybromusic
yep any seed , clones are prob a little diff , will depend on what light hours the clone were rooted under i try to get close to summer outdoors where i live it's about 14:47 daylight on the longest day of the year 22/12 add to that most of the civil twilight example 22/12 sunrise is 5:54am , sunset is 8:41 , total 14:47 , howevercivil twilight is 5:23 am & 9:13 pm so real light hours i reckon is roughly sunrise 5:30 , sunset 9:10 , total 15:10
kloud9
Makes sense, do you use moon timings also ? I think I've found that they all pop on full moon or new moon, close to either side of the cycles ? Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app
itchybromusic
yeah i do but often time can get away from me i end up asking myself do i wait for the next cycle to sprout ? nu , do it now , fuck it but yes when i've got my act together i try sprouting by moon cycles
kloud9
Same I'm and same with the na, do it now, fuck it .. but moon cycles are helping the complete grow cycle from start to finish, might be tweaking too much... Posted from the OZ Stoners mobile app me too. try to keep as much as possible to the moon cycles, but some times it doesn't quite work out that way. i also find the biodynamic planting and watering calendar useful ... bet can never seem to get organised. wonder how blumats would be looked at regarding watering. found these sites helpful ... both can be set for local time: https://mooncalendar.astro-seek.com/gardening-moon-calendar-farmers-guidehttps://au.rhythmofnature.net/lunar-calendar-home-and-garden-june-2019 for me, in the seedling stage ... prefer 18/6 for first 10 days or so ... then on to 12:1 gas lantern routine for veg. this is mainly a cooling issue though ... if i was in a cooler area (or able to vent outside), would do more than 13 hours during veg.

modaf
So if sprouting on new moon does that mean putting them in wet paper towels / soak on the day of the new moon? Or a day or two before so they sprout on new moon? Sent from my iPhone using OZ Stoners
