Identifying a male please :(

Hi crew

I’ve already thrown out a c99xBB a couple of weeks ago that went hermie on me , I think my Gelat OG has turned now too ! The seedy looking bits have turned darkish purple . Has it turned hermaphrodite on me ? Bloody 6 weeks into flower !

Can't see male flowers but I do think it is heavily seeded maybe

Looks like u didn't get the other 1 out in time

Is it the same all over the plant?

Generally they will turn hermie b4 6 weeks to give the seeds time to mature,n they will tend to be at the bottom of the lower buds initially

Thanks for the reply Micmac - yeah it’s mainly seeded on the lower buds , a few through the main colas but not heavily infested .

Do I need to remove it ? Like will it pollinate the rest or can I remove the seeds as it goes and keep it going for a bit longer - roughly 4-6 weeks in pretty sure it’s 6 since light change

That looks like a hermy bud. It looks like it doesn’t know which way it was meant to go so it went both ways. Was it under stress for a period of time?

I buggered up the light cycle about 2 weeks into flip not sure if that caused it - possibly some underwatering as these ones weren’t auto fed off my pump ?

No if it's only seeds as I said,let them mature

Might get lucky n get some nice plants from them,although some of those may be hermie some will not,others will just males

As I said I can't see flowers only seeds

N as u suggested the newer the growth less seeds

It won't affect potency of this plant either

It takes a lot more stress than u had to cause plants to hermie,lots of wives tales go around as to why plants do this ,99.9% of the time it's genetics
