I use to be a drone enthusiast and yeah metro areas not allowed also busy areas.such as parks, beaches, main events or faces real heavy fines, you can fly with permission or council and local air command if wanting to fly over 120m. But doesnt mean no one is going to break rules. i would honestly buy a $40 cheap drone attach sting and attemp to kamekazi the spying drone

That or one of those green lasers, burn out the lens on the camera on the drone.
