Cheers Sooty, its been a bit of work.

 

Comfrey going on the lower side to catch water and nutes from 4 beds.

 

Have 7 beds all in spuds. 8 varieties. Will stick to 2-3 varieties once I see how they go

 

1 bed of Dutch .creams are seed potatoes from last harvest.

 

I cut the grass and dig up 150-200mm, then add compost I have made and mix it all up. I hit it with kelp and gypsum and cover with Lucerne.

Ideally .let it sit for a week or 3 while keeping it moist then plant in.

 

I sometimes dust the seed with pure sulphur to avoid rot but not essential esp if u have gypsum in there.

 

Pretty Easy to .grow.

 

Majority are seed tubers from bunnings
