Mate each plant should be close to 2lb each maybe over its hard to tell from pics . All ya plants look fine. Some strains finish weeks ahead of others and leaves yellowing is just a normal part of the growth cycle.

Nah mate cant stand bourbon. Drank it a few times in me teens and never again. Way to sweet for me. Give a scotch, a vodka, a gin any day over a bourbon.
